The Relationship Between Capital Structure and Performance of Securities Brokerage Firms – a Case Study in Vietnam

Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between capital structure and performance securities brokerage firms. Theoretical framework: inherits previous studies on reason, test determine optimal structure. Design/methodology/approach: Using Qualitative Research (Synthetic Methods; Statistical methods, description; Inductive interpretive methods) quantitative research methods (linear regression methods). Findings: results identified an inherent that significantly affects through variables: (1) Financial leverage a stockbroker (FL) (2) Brokerage company size (Siz). Research, Practical & Social implications: provides number discussions evaluations important role decision making for service companies, in addition recommendations financial solutions improve operational efficiency companies. Originality/value: Through 105 corresponding 1,314 observations period 2003 - 2021.
